Terms of Trade

Firearm and factory ammunition orders will not be sent until a form S43A is received from the New Zealand Police.

An S43A is not required for reloading components.

For over 35 years, we've been supplying firearms enthusiasts with the highest quality products available.

If your product has been delivered damaged or faulty, we will provide a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase*.

Any goods returned must have complete packaging and be in unused condition.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, come in store or give us a call and we'll do our best to get you what you need.

*Our standard returns policy does not apply to second hand, used goods purchased online or in store.

We reserve the right to issue an in-store credit in lieu of a cash refund.

All items you purchase are new (unless advised). Please inspect each item before you intend to use it. If you find a problem - call us immediately. Do not attempt to use the goods. Save all paper and packaging.

We accept BANKCARD, VISA, MASTERCARD, EFTPOS available in store. Cheques are accepted subject to approval by the management.

Prices shown are for the stock carried at the time of viewing. We reserve the right to change prices for any item due to restocking price changes. Prices are SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

We are human, and due to the sheer volume of items that we carry, errors do occur. We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors or price misprints contained in this website. We apologise for any increases or price discrepancies in advance.

Restricted Goods Purchase Policy

The purchase of restricted goods is strictly limited to individuals who possess a valid New Zealand Firearms License. By buying these items, you confirm that you are legally authorized and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

Important Warning:

Please note that purchasing restricted goods without proper authorization is a serious offense and may lead to significant legal consequences, including prosecution and penalties. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet all necessary requirements and comply with relevant laws before making a purchase.

By purchasing restricted goods, you acknowledge that:

• You hold a valid New Zealand Firearms License.
• You are authorized to buy the restricted items.
• You comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You understand that unauthorized purchases may result in legal consequences.

From time to time we email to our databased addresses for those who have purchased from us or who have indicated on our purchase form that they wish to be on our emailout. If you wish to be taken off the emailout please tell us on our contact form with your full name and address along with the full email address you wish to be removed.

If order is cancelled prior to order being processed and shipped, we refund full value. If order is cancelled after goods have been shipped all goods must be returned at buyers expense, unused including packaging unopened and undamaged for a refund of value of goods only. Shipping charges will not be refunded if order has been shipped.
