Vihtavuori Smokeless Powder N165 1KG
Vihtavuori N165 is a universal powder for Magnum rifle calibers with heavy bullets. It works particularly well with the .338 Lapua Magnum with 250 gram bullets, but can be used to manually load a variety of calibers from 6.5 x 55 SE to .416 Rigby.
The powder particles of N165 are exactly the same size (1.3 mm long x 1.0 mm diameter) as the "big brother" N160, but the burning behavior differs depending on the surface coating. The N165 is a very slow burning rifle powder and is ideal for the same cartridge range as the N160 when heavier bullets are used. The N165 can reach slightly faster, making it ideal for long range shooting and big game hunting.
