Reloaders looking for a high-quality mold at a reasonable price can consider Lee bullet molds. Lee's mold blocks are made of aluminum and are rust-resistant. Aluminum molds heat and cool faster than iron or steel molds, and good bullets can usually be made after only a few casts. Furthermore, aluminum mold blocks are one-third the weight of iron or steel mold blocks, resulting in reduced fatigue for the bullet Caster during long casting sessions. Mold block halves are CNC machined for unsurpassed roundness and size control to ensure the best possible bullets. The weights listed are Lee weights with a proposed alloy; the actual weight will vary depending on the alloy combination utilized. In their bullet molds, Lee Precision does not recommend using any spray mold release agents.
