Our 22 caliber bullets, designed for Service Rifle competition in the M16A2/AR-15A2, have set a staggering amount of new national records.
MatchKing and Tipped MatchKing bullets are not recommended for most hunting applications, despite their worldwide reputation for record-breaking accuracy. Despite the fact that MatchKing® and Tipped MatchKing bullets are often employed for varmint hunting, their design does not give the same consistent explosive expansion in varmints as their thinly jacketed Hornet, Blitz, or Varminter counterparts at equal velocities.
The #1380 was introduced in 1984.
